You will have received an email [from noreply_identity@mail.trimblepaas.com] when you started your Trial or paid subscription. It invites you to set up your Trimble account. With this Trimble ID, you will be able to access the products within your chosen SketchUp bundle.

Please check any spam or junk folders for "...Trimble account is nearly ready" if you do not see the email in your inbox. Your Trimble ID username and password will work across all SketchUp products, including the Sefaira web application and the Sefaira for SketchUp plugin.

All of these steps should follow on from the email but the minimum you need to do to get started with Sefaira is;

1. Receive an email invitation to setup your account (or if you know you have been invited, go to sefaira.sketchup.com and login (2mins),
2. Go to sefaira.sketchup.com and Download and install the extension/add-in for SketchUp and/or Revit (5mins),
3. Login to the extension/plug-in (1min)

Thereafter, you should learn about our modeling guidelines, how uploading to our web application works, what you can use Sefaira for, etc.
