We use data to improve the user experience and inform our product development efforts. Our formal privacy policy can be viewed here.
In an effort to be as transparent and helpful as possible, we've prepared the following post which outlines what data we capture and how we use it.
User Profile
Your user profile includes information such as your name, email address, and account name.
Your profile information is used to:
- Manage your access to Sefaira products
- Tailor the onboarding, support and marketing communications that you receive
- Illustrate to Sefaira managers how the product is being used so we can better focus our product development
So who can see some or all of your profile information?
- You, by logging into manage.sefaira.com
- Your account administrators
- Sefaira managers
- Collaborators on your shared projects
If you are an account manager, your name and email address will be shared with the Sefaira users within your company. (This is probably not surprising as they look to you to help them gain access to Sefaira!)
In situations where your Sefaira project has been shared with a collaborator outside of your account organization, the collaborator will see the sharer’s name and email address.
The following table lists the information associated with your user profile and marks who can see it.
