The Energy Breakdown section shows where energy is consumed in your building between cooling, heating, internal loads and ventilation.

We already know the overall, area weighted energy consumption from the results grid. In this example, we consume 118 kWh of energy (both electrical and fuel) per m2 of floor area per year.

In this example, we can see the overall consumption values for the whole building.

We can immediately use this information to show where improvements can be suggested and also see the context of how far the overall building can be improved by, for example, changing the lighting to LEDs versus installing more efficient pumps.
