Integrating Performance-Based Design (PBD) into a firm's project workflow can be challenging at first.  We find that consideration for performance is typically driven from the top (mainly from the PM and Principal level).  To aid PMs and Principals, we have created example report and checklist templates that can be used by designers to drive a design.  Feel free to use them as is or use them as inspiration for your own report templates!  Download the reports below as PDFs.  The zip file contains InDesign versions of each template.
