The sources for the EUI benchmarks are:
- US Residential: 2003 Residential Energy Consumption Survey (RECS)
- US Office: 2003 Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey (CBECS)
The envelope parameters above for insulation values are listed as U-Values, but I'm guessing that they are really R-values to simplify entry into Sefaira Concept (which uses R-values, not U-values). Is that correct?
